Ryan Mills is General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Head of Human Resources for Chicken Farmers of Ontario. Ryan advises the Board of Directors and is on the Executive team. Ryan previously worked with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, Dairy Farmers of Ontario, Aimia/Aeroplan and Tim Hortons Inc. In 2019, Ryan completed the largest federal housing investment in Canadian history. Ryan is on the Board Executive and is Corporate Secretary and Chair of the Governance Committee for the Children’s Aid Foundation of Halton. Ryan is also on the Board of his local church where he also serves as a Deacon. In addition to his JD, Ryan has a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution and has completed the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program in 2025 and obtained his ICD.D certification in March 2025.
