Flavia Dolan

Flavia Dolan is the Senior Manager Global Scientific and Regulatory Affairs for Canada, Mexico, Central America and Caribbean at Ingredion. She has over 25 years of working in the food and beverage industry. She started her career as an R&D intern for a meat pilot plant and then moved into different roles within quality assurance, corporate auditing, and regulatory affairs. She has worked for  global companies such as Nestle, General Mills and Coca-Cola, having a comprehensive knowledge of different regulatory frameworks from around the world. She holds a Bachelor of Food Science degree (w/honors).

Originally from Buenos Aires; Argentina, she has been living in Toronto for the last 18 years with her husband and two sons.
