Dr samira kharchoufi is a corporate compliance food safety quality assurance/Regulatory manager. She has an agronomic engineer diploma. She got a European scholarship to achieve her master degree in Food Chemistry of Natural Products in the Mediterranean Agronomic institute Chania, Greece. Her PhD was done under Mobidoc program which is financed by the European Union to encourage collaboration between industries and university. She collaborated with many laboratories in Tunisia, Greece, Spain and Italy. She has 5 international peer reviewed articles published in high international ranked food science journals. During her PhD, she had the chance to explore the Food quality and safety in the industry world. The talent of scientific research helped her to perform in the food regulations reading and interpretation. Working in a multimarket company that source from different countries give her the chance to understand the food regulation in different part of the world: Canada, US, Europe, Japan, Australia.
