Mei To is the Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Coca-Cola. In her role, she leverages scientific and regulatory expertise to enable business growth by collaborating on solutions to address regulatory and policy risks in order to grow and expand current and new beverage categories, and ensuring products are compliant with the regulations.
Mei has over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry with expertise in regulatory affairs as well as quality assurance. Before joining Coca-Cola, she had been working in dairy, confectionary, natural and organic industries. She graduated from University of Saskatchewan and currently lives in Toronto suburb with her husband.
